Inside the MBUSI plant

MBUSI welcomes all visitors and offers exciting and educational tours of our plant during planned visitations.

Important Tour Information:

  1. Groups should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tour begins to complete registration.
  2. Cancellations of scheduled tours must be made 3 business days before their scheduled tour to avoid charge.
  3. The plant tour is a 1½-hour walking tour covering a distance of approximately 2 miles.
  4. Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. reserves the right to cancel tours at any time without notice. If a scheduled tour must be cancelled, we will make every effort to notify concerned parties in advance and to reschedule your visit whenever possible.
  5. Because MBUSI is a manufacturer undergoing continuous improvements, the assembly line may not be active during your tour.

  • Maximum capacity per tour: 20 Guests,
  • Children must be at least 10 Years old,
  • Tours begin and end at the Visitor Center and consist of a walking tour with a distance of approximately 2 miles and a duration of approximately 1½ hours.
