Training

The Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician Program is a training partnership between Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Vance, Alabama and Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The next Automotive Technician Program session is currently scheduled for Fall 2013.

MBUSI Final Line Did you know that Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. (MBUSI) builds exceptional vehicles right here in Tuscaloosa County? The manufacturing faciity at MBUSI currently produces the M-Class, GL-Class, and the R-Class. In 2014, MBUSI will also be building the C-Class. Recently, Daimler announced that MBUSI will also build a 5th vehicle - currently this 5th vehicle is still under design and not for public release.

MBUSI Body Shop MBUSI is also the State of Alabama's largest exporter with more than $1 billion in exports each year to more than 135 markets throughout the world. MBUSI offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including health and life insurance, 401(k) and pension plans. There is also an on-site child development center and a wellness center called the Mercedes Athletic Center (MAC).
